IP Telecom chose the [BT Ireland Data Centre](https://youtu.be/Iyk2D8HVlUk) for this POP due to the large choice of carriers that were available to interconnect with, including INEX, the national internet exchange, the location on the outskirts of the M50, the facilities available onsite and the great turnaround times on implementation requests from [BT data centre staff](https://www.btireland.com/products-and-services/ict-services/technical-support/index.html).
